Patients will be able to apply for their Kentucky Cannabis Card beginning January 1, 2025
To apply for your Kentucky Cannabis Card, you must have an in office visit with our doctor to receive a Certification Letter and be registered into the Kentucky Patient Registry Portal. We will help you with the process of obtaining your Kentucky Cannabis Card. With your Kentucky Cannabis Card, you will be able to shop at any Kentucky Medical Marijuana Dispensary.
